How long does my order take?
Single product orders typically take 3-5 working days.
Giveaway orders require a minimum of 7 working days.
Bespoke orders require additional time depending on the quantity and requirements.
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. We deliver across all Emirates. A standard 25 AED delivery fee applies.
Free delivery for orders 300 AED and above.
Can I request delivery on a specific date or time?
You can share your preferred delivery date with us through WhatsApp, and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
As deliveries are handled by a third-party delivery partner, exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
Can I customize my giveaways?
Yes. Selected giveaways can be personalized with your logo and color.
For something more unique, our bespoke service offers full customization, including custom packaging and scent development, using our signature product range.
What is the minimum order quantity for giveaways?

No minimum order. Choose from our existing designs, with selected personalization options.
Bespoke
Minimum 50 pieces. Fully customized packaging and scent development using our signature product range.
Can I order samples before placing a giveaway order?
Yes. Our Sample Box includes all our giveaway options in smaller sample sizes, so you can explore them before placing your order. The box is 50 AED , excluding delivery.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll arrange to have the affected item collected and repaired or replaced where necessary.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Changes should be requested as soon as possible by contacting us through WhatsApp.
Once production or customization has started, changes may not be possible.
